reviewapp1 Once the online application has been created, the system generates a unique URL for it, and applicants complete pre-qualifying questions, such as “Can you lift more than 30 lbs repetitively?” or “Do you have 2 or more years of experience working as a financial services advisor?” or any question that is appropriate to ensure that your applicants are capable of doing the job required of them.

The completed applications can then be reviewed by users with the permission to do so.

As you can see here, our example applicant (not a real person) has completed the personal information portion of the application as required. The data that is requested is entirely up to you. Recreate your company employment application, or ask us for assistance in designing one that suits your needs even better.reviewapp2

You may make up as many sections of the application as you desire, and give permission for those sections to the users who need to see them. In addition, you can create a section for EEOC data that will only appear after the entire application has been completed, and for additional data, which you can ask your applicant to complete with information required by your background checking company–that no one else can see.

Finally, you can add data that the applicant won’t see, such as background check and drug test results. You and your colleagues can even make notes make directly on the application itself.
